Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Weekend Availability Required

Pay: $35-$45/hour DOE

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Landscaper / Groundskeeper / Estate Maintenance Technician to support the care and maintenance of a high-end private estate in Saratoga, California. This hands-on role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong service mindset and experience maintaining luxury residential properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for landscaping, groundskeeping, general maintenance, vendor coordination, and ensuring the property remains in exceptional condition year-round.

Duties

• Maintain landscaping and garden areas, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, mowing, irrigation monitoring, and general grounds care.
• Perform property maintenance tasks such as pressure washing, cleaning outdoor furniture, lighting fixtures, patios, decks, sidewalks, and common outdoor areas.
• Troubleshoot minor irrigation, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, painting, and maintenance issues as qualified.
• Organize tools, equipment, inventory, storage areas, sheds, and garages while assisting with supply procurement.
• Oversee and coordinate outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed to property standards.
• Assist with sanitation duties, package handling, trash removal, recycling, and cleaning of waste receptacles.
• Support pest control efforts by monitoring and maintaining approved bait stations and preventative measures.
• Communicate effectively with property management regarding maintenance needs, improvement opportunities, and work plans.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury residential estate maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, property care, or a related field.
• Knowledge of landscaping practices, gardening techniques, irrigation systems, and safe chemical handling procedures.
• Experience operating power tools, landscaping equipment, and adhering to workplace safety standards.
• Trade experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or related maintenance fields is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commute to Saratoga, CA.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully complete required background screening and pre-employment testing.
