Job summary

PWP, LLC in San Anselmo, CA seeks a Facilities Technician for full-time maintenance of estate and commercial systems. The role requires prioritization, multitasking, and a service-minded attitude to handle planned and unplanned events within tight timeframes.

Key priorities include HVAC, general plumbing, and electrical work, along with coordinating subcontractors and reporting issues promptly. Must have OSHA knowledge and valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CA driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool/spa systems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work weekends/evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operates and repairs HVAC, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems.
• Performs hands-on maintenance on estate systems and equipment.
• Schedules and supervises subcontractors on estate systems.
• Monitors HVAC and water heating; adjusts temperatures as needed.
• Provides after-hours support and coordinates on-site monitoring.
