Energy Recovery in California is seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our San Leandro and Tracy locations, ensuring safe, efficient operations. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, implement preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and document repairs while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities maintenance or related technical field.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems maintenance.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general office/building maintenance).
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly with safety in mind.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
