Job summary

A private family in Westchester County, NY is seeking a highly responsible Facilities Technician / Driver to support day-to-day property needs across multiple locations. This role manages a weekly courier loop, drives on request, and oversees a small fleet of about 12 vehicles.

You will perform light maintenance, conduct building walkthroughs, assist with household projects, and coordinate with estate staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical fitness to lift and move equipment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a weekly courier loop across properties.
• Fulfill ad hoc driving requests and errands.
• Maintain and coordinate a fleet of about 12 vehicles.
• Conduct regular building walkthroughs and organize storage.
• Assist with household projects and general maintenance.
• Perform light grounds work (snow removal, pressure washing).
• Support with lifting and moving equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with facilities and household staff.
