A private family is seeking a highly responsible, dependable, and professional Facilities Technician / Driver to support day-to-day property needs across multiple locations.

This role manages a weekly courier loop, fulfills ad hoc driving requests and errands, maintains a small fleet of approximately 12 vehicles, and assists with a wide variety of household and property-related responsibilities.

The position also provides hands-on facilities support, including building walkthroughs, warehouse organization, and contributing to ongoing household projects and general maintenance tasks while working closely with the estate team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a weekly courier loop across properties.


• Fulfill ad hoc driving requests and errands with safe, professional navigation.


• Maintain and oversee the family's fleet of approximately 12 vehicles, including coordinating maintenance schedules and working with subcontractors as needed.


• Conduct regular building walkthroughs and organize warehouse/storage spaces.


• Assist with ongoing household and property projects and general maintenance tasks.


• Perform light grounds work, including snow removal and pressure washing.


• Support physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment as needed.


• Communicate closely and coordinate with facilities and household staff.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe navigation.


• Knowledgeable about vehicle upkeep and maintenance scheduling, though not required to perform hands-on mechanical work (e.g., oil changes).


• Comfortable with frequent physical activity, including lifting, moving equipment, and outdoor work in varying conditions.


• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong generalist problem-solver.


• Strong communication skills and sound judgment.


• Positive, no-task-too-small attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed.

Schedule: Full-time Onsite, M-F

Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000K DOE + comprehensive benefits package.
