Job summary

A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. in Yonkers, NY seeks a dedicated Utility Driver to deliver and pick up cleaning supplies and support daily operations. You will load/unload, drive company vehicles on defined routes, and provide on-site customer service while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include assisting with cleaner replacement duties, vehicle upkeep, and hazard reporting. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required; some travel and weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record and adherence to safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel within the district and occasional overnight/weekend work.
• Strong communication, reliability, and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles on assigned routes in Connecticut.
• Load and unload inventory of cleaning supplies and waste.
• Follow instructions, multitask, operate common tools, and handle hazardous materials when needed.
• Provide on-site customer service and engagement with clients.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and prepare shipments for terminals when applicable.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles/equipment for safe operation and cleanliness.
• Assist with cleaner replacement duties (restrooms, trash, etc.).
• Follow cleaning protocols to prevent damage to floors/fixtures.
