A Single Family Office is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Estate Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the family's residences and broader family office. Reporting to the Manager of Operations, this individual will assist with a wide range of estate operations, administrative coordination, concierge services, lifestyle management, and personal support responsibilities to help ensure the seamless execution of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations, presentation, and readiness of the family's primary residence and additional properties
- Coordinate vendor appointments, deliveries, service providers, and property-related logistics
- Assist with household inventory management, organization, and replenishment of supplies
- Support seasonal property preparations, preventative maintenance activities, and special projects
- Conduct routine walkthroughs to help ensure residences are maintained to the highest standards
- Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, transportation, and day-to-day logistics for family members
- Research and arrange vendors, experiences, dining, entertainment, and other concierge services
- Assist with travel preparation, itineraries, confirmations, and travel-related logisticsSupport family events, guest visits, and special occasions
- Handle personal requests and errands with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion
Household & Personal Support
- Coordinate grocery shopping, household supply procurement, and inventory management
- Manage dry cleaning, tailoring, laundry, package deliveries, returns, and exchanges
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating personal calendars as requested
- Provide transportation support for family members, including occasional driving responsibilities
- Support additional household and personal initiatives as needed
Administrative & Project Coordination
- Track ongoing projects, requests, and action items to ensure timely execution and follow-through
- Maintain organized household records, schedules, vendor information, and service documentation
- Assist with research projects, administrative initiatives, and special assignments
- Coordinate communication between vendors, household staff, and family office personnel
- Provide administrative support to the Manager of Operations and broader family office team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–3 years of professional experience in hospitality, luxury service, administration, customer service, property management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment when handling confidential matters

Job Type: Full Time, Onsite; based in Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Annual compensation range of $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience and qualifications, with comprehensive benefits, 401(k), and bonus opportunity
