We are seeking a Pre-sales ESS engineer to support customer engagements with technical documentation, design guidance, and best practices. The role involves coordinating with R&D, product management, and sales teams to develop and communicate compelling ESS designs, with travel as needed to meet customers and partners across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with focus on energy storage systems or related field.
• 3+ years in ESS engineering, pre-sales support and project management.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics to partners and customers.
• Strong networking and communication skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to customer engagements, including documentation and best practices.
• Lead design and installation plans to drive ESS adoption and post-sales loyalty.
• Support utility-scale and commercial projects with tailored design guidance.
• Coordinate feedback with R&D and Product Management for improvements.
• Coordinate field testing and feedback for hardware and software.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
