SafeHouse Milwaukee, part of The Marcus Corporation, seeks a skilled Cook to join its espionage-inspired kitchen team. You will prepare high-quality menu items, maintain strict food safety standards, and ensure every plate meets mission-level excellence.

Wage ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, based on experience. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with opportunities for growth within Marcus properties.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cooking experience in a similar high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication.
• Stamina to stand long hours and work in hot/cold environments.
• Commitment to cleanliness, organization and food safety standards.
• Culinary training or apprenticeship preferred but not required.
• Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all station-specific items according to recipes and guest specs with precision.
• Inspect and select high-quality ingredients to meet standards.
• Maintain proper storage, portion control and organization of kitchen items.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, sanitized, and compliant with health regs.
• Set up, maintain and break down stations efficiently for next orders.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and quality for every plate.
• Assist with inventory, requisitions and proper storage after service.
• Follow sanitation and hygiene protocols without shortcuts.
• Remain flexible to assist with additional culinary tasks.
