Challenge Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced operator to monitor up to 1,000 ton automatic presses and ensure quality stampings meet standards. The role requires referencing Plex work orders, loading correct coils, and performing frequent quality checks.

You will work on the Y Shift, 5 AM–5 PM, at the Kansas City, MO plant, with opportunities for cross-training. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1 year of manufacturing experience, and strong English

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to safely perform duties.
• Must be reliable, accurate, and collaborative.
• Willingness to work long shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production by monitoring stamping presses and ensuring quality.
• Reference Plex work orders and JES to stamp products as specified.
• Select coils and load presses to produce quality stampings.
• Complete operator inspection sheets and verify gage requirements.
• Ensure labeling, packaging, and storage meet customer specs.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures.
