FORJAK Industrial LLC, headquartered in Circleville, Ohio, is seeking a Specialized Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet and equipment. You will work on medium-duty vehicles, perform inspections, and support repairs across tools and vehicles with ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive or equipment maintenance.
• Working knowledge of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
• Proficiency with automotive and maintenance tools, including power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to maintain accurate records using computer applications including Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team-first attitude and strong communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of medium-duty and smaller fleet vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Inspect forklifts and other equipment, perform minor repairs, and escalate major issues to the supervisor.
• Execute the red tag process to identify unsafe or malfunctioning items and coordinate with the Mechanic Manager.
• Assist with maintenance and repair on a variety of tools and equipment and outfit vehicles with necessary tools.
• Maintain up-to-date service logs within the Internal Dashboard, including parts used and labor hours.
• Coordinate parts and supply runs to support active maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and report issues promptly; communicate proactively.
• Adhere to safety policies and take on miscellaneous duties as assigned.
