Job summary

FORJAK Industrial in Circleville, Ohio, is seeking a Specialized Mechanic to maintain our fleet and equipment. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs across a range of vehicles and tools, emphasizing safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive or equipment maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience with vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, hydraulics.
• Proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Inspect forklifts and equipment, perform minor repairs, escalate major issues.
• Execute red tag process and coordinate with supervisor to address tagged items.
• Assist with maintenance on tools and equipment and outfitting of vehicles with accessories.
• Maintain accurate service logs and parts/labor data in the Internal Dashboard.
• Coordinate parts and supply runs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and safety policies.
• Adhere to company safety rules and participate in miscellaneous duties as assigned.
