Sammons Industrial is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of Account Managers, driving growth and profitability. You will set the pace, develop people, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure CRM usage and safety standards across the unit.

You will hire, train, and manage Account Managers, build bench strength for the future, and partner with operations to align goals with company standards and ESOP-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in progressively responsible sales roles.
• Proven leadership of sales teams and budgets.
• Strong communication, time management, and customer focus.
