Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead, coach, and develop production employees, manage schedules and workflow, and champion Lean Manufacturing while collaborating with Quality, Engineering, Production Control, and HR to meet customer expectations and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and improve operational performance.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• A positive, results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
