Parksite and Atlantic Plywood Corporation, a 100% employee-owned company, seek an Operations Supervisor to lead daily distribution center activities, drive process improvements, and develop future leaders. This role partners with senior logistics managers to advance strategic initiatives in a technology-forward environment.

You will manage receiving, picking, loading, shipping, and customer service while fostering safety, accountability, and a culture of high performance across a growing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of logistics or distribution management experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated success in achieving operational goals and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution center operations, including receiving, picking, loading, shipping, will-call, and customer service.
• Ensure efficient workflows, process adherence, accurate inventory control, and optimized productivity metrics.
• Coordinate daily operations with drivers, warehouse associates, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and space utilization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse staff while conducting performance evaluations and ongoing feedback.
