The Operations Supervisor will plan, direct, and coordinate the seamless operations of our distribution centers, driving performance, productivity, and profitability while leading staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisor position with knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Prefer 7+ years in Lumber & Building Materials Industry.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
• Strong communication and ability to convey ideas clearly.
• Customer service focus and team-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail with accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate operations of distribution centers.
• Supervise daily order fulfillment to meet product, quantity, and quality requirements.
• Oversee inventory movement: receiving, stock rotation, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Ensure procedures and documentation (pick tickets, proofs of delivery, bills of lading) are followed.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight with 3PL carriers and scheduling.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop operations staff; participate in performance reviews.
• Review timecards for accuracy and timely processing; escalate significant concerns.
