Job summary

We Are CASA in Maryland seeks an Adult ESOL Program Coordinator to implement task-based English learning and civic engagement for immigrant learners. You will work with the Education Team to ensure high-quality ESOL programming and alignment with organizational advocacy goals.

Responsibilities include training instructors, monitoring class quality, coordinating assessments, and supporting grant reporting and data collection to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Required proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; TESOL preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in adult ESOL or continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of in-classroom advocacy tools.
• Track and provide feedback on lesson plans.
• Train instructors in Popular Education and monitor application in class.
