Qualifications

• Bilingual; read, write and speak an additional language (Spanish preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in related field in-progress or completed, plus 1-2 years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility, patience, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily ESOL program operation, including outreach, registration, testing, orientation, and class setup.
• Support instructors by addressing classroom needs and coordinating with facilities or IT.
• Communicate with students regarding programming and services; assist in student recruitment.
• Collect and maintain program data and support audits and reporting.
