Qualifications

Bilingual; read, write and speak an additional language (Spanish preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in related field in-progress or completed, plus 1-2 years of related experience.

Flexibility, patience, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily ESOL program operation, including outreach, registration, testing, orientation, and class setup.
Support instructors by addressing classroom needs and coordinating with facilities or IT.
Communicate with students regarding programming and services; assist in student recruitment.
Collect and maintain program data and support audits and reporting.
