Qualifications

• NJ ESL certification required.

• Knowledge of WIDA English Language Development Standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver rigorous, targeted instruction that supports students' academic achievement and English language development.
• Provide whole-group, small-group, and individualized instruction aligned with WIDA and NJ standards.
• Use ACCESS scores and assessments to identify learning needs and monitor progress.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to accelerate academic and language development.
• Establish a structured environment promoting positive behavior and engagement.
• Maintain safe supervision and ensure proper dismissal procedures.
