Qualifications

• Must hold New Jersey ESL teaching certification.
• Experience in tutorial/ESL instruction preferred.
• Strong ability to use data to differentiate instruction and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver rigorous, targeted instruction supporting students' academic achievement and English language development.
• Provide whole-group, small-group, and individualized instruction aligned with standards.
• Use assessment data to identify learning needs, differentiate instruction, and monitor progress.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to accelerate academic and language development.
• Maintain structured, supportive learning environment and positive behavior.
• Maintain accurate lesson plans and progress records using templates.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding progress, attendance, and behavior.
• Demonstrate reliability including attendance and punctuality.
