Therapy Source, Inc. seeks a full-time English as a Second Language Teacher to provide in-person services for charter school students in New Jersey for the current school year. This position offers competitive pay and strong support from our account team.

You will implement designed instruction, conduct progress monitoring, establish a positive classroom, collaborate with parents and staff, and develop IEPs that translate into measurable results for students.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey teaching license and NJ state certification.
• Up-to-date background clearances required.
• Proof of professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Implement targeted instruction to raise student achievement.
• Conduct progress monitoring and adjust instruction based on data.
• Establish a positive, structured, achievement-focused classroom.
