Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. seeks an English as a Second Language Teacher (ESL) to provide in‑person services for K‑5th grade charter school students. The role is part‑time with a flexible 4 days per week schedule, about 30 hours.

You will manage WIDA testing, implement designed instruction, monitor progress, and collaborate with parents and school staff to support student achievement.

Qualifications

• Must hold ESL Specialist Teaching Certification through Pennsylvania Department of Education.
• TESOL not accepted.
• Possession of up‑to‑date clearances or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Implement specially designed instruction to drive student achievement.
• Conduct progress monitoring and adjust instruction based on data.
• Establish a positive, structured, achievement‑focused classroom.
• Support students, parents, general education staff, and student learning.
• Mentor and coach students on self‑regulation and organizational skills.
• Develop IEPs that translate into measurable results for students.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
