Job summary

Therapy Source in the United States is seeking a full-time English as a Second Language Teacher to provide in-person services for charter school students for the current school year.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in the state of New Jersey.
• New Jersey School Certification.
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances.
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Implement specially designed instruction to drive student achievement.
• Conduct progress monitoring data and adjust instruction based on the data.
• Establish a positive, structured, achievement-focused classroom.
• Provide support to students, parents, and general education staff and supporting student learning.
• Mentor and coach students on self-regulation and organizational skills.
• Develop effective IEPs that translate into measurable results for students.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
