Job summary

Publix Super Markets in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to monitor ESL systems, process high-temperature fluids, and prepare products for packaging. You will blend raw materials, sample and test products, and maintain sterile and clean equipment in a GMP-compliant facility.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, ability to work nights or extended hours, and a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate GMPs work habits.
• Able to obtain forklift license and operate forklift.
• Must lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ESL system to ensure critical values are met and adjust as needed (steam pressures, water flows, instrumentation).
• Process fluid products at high temperatures in a hygienic, controlled environment and prepare for packaging.
• Use recipes to blend raw materials in batch tanks accurately.
• Pull product samples and test for accuracy.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot CIP and COP systems and sterilization activities.
