Job summary

VISEO seeks an Expert/Senior ESKER Pre-Sales Engineer based in the United States. You will be the technical expert for sales demonstrations of order management and accounts payable solutions and the main technical resource for onboarding new customers.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to explain technical concepts to executives, and a good understanding of ERP systems and AP/AR processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience explaining technical specs to executives (C-suite).
• Understanding of AP, Order Management, and AR processes.
• Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.

The Pre-sales Engineer supports and works closely with team members to identify sales opportunities and helps to define solutions for prospective clients.

The person in this position will be the technical expert on sales demonstrations of our order management or accounts payable solutions. They will also be the main technical resource for new customers during the onboarding process.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused and feels comfortable with technical concepts.

• Positive team player with ability to develop and maintain internal and external professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written and is not afraid to pick-up the phone.
• Must be comfortable explaining technical specifications and product functionality to C-Suite executives.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable, Order Management and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Experience working with ERP's beneficial.
