ChildStrive is seeking a Family Resources Coordinator for the ESIT program, serving Snohomish and north King Counties. The role focuses on guiding families through Early Support Services and coordinating IFSP development for eligible infants and toddlers.

You will provide parent coaching, ensure timelines and rights under IDEA Part C, and maintain ESIT records while building partnerships and providing resources to families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social services or early childhood
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; database entry experience
• Complete FRC training and maintain status

Responsabilités

• Guide families in navigating ESIT and coordinate services and resources
• Develop and review Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP)
• Explain rights and procedural safeguards under ESIT
• Provide parent coaching using reflective questioning
• Maintain documentation in ESIT records and database
• Engage in outreach and build partnerships with community agencies
• Participate in play groups when needed
