Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking an ESI Operator in Columbus, NE for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm). This role involves producing Vishay components and meeting quality expectations with attention to DES guidelines.

Responsibilities include cleaning machine contacts, operating the ESI equipment, recording traveler data, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining a clean work area. Requires a high school diploma and basic arithmetic skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic calculations.
• Prior production experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cleans machine contacts before operation and verifies test requirements.
• Operates ESI machine according to proper DES.
• Records information on the production traveler and enters information into prod-info computer.
• Checks production traveler for completed steps and proper documentation before next operation.
• Maintains clean and orderly appearance in the ESI and staging areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned by area supervisor.
• Equipment Utilization: Uses ESI equipment, pushcarts and occasionally small hand tools.
