Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Columbus, NE, is seeking an ESI Operator on 1st Shift to support the production of Vishay''s resistors and e-beam technologies. You will perform setup, quality checks and documentation to ensure products meet specifications.

Responsibilities include cleaning machine contacts, operating the ESI machine per DES, recording traveler data, verifying steps, and maintaining a clean workspace. Prior production experience is desirable and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic calculations.
• Prior production experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cleans machine contacts before operation.
• Operates ESI machine according to proper DES.
• Records information on the production traveler and in the prod-info system.
• Checks production traveler to ensure steps are completed and documentation is filled out.
• Maintains clean and orderly ESI and staging areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned by area supervisor.
• Uses ESI equipment, pushcarts and small hand tools.
