Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) Associate Manager of Policies and Procedures to govern and lifecycle manage all ESH documentation. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and user-friendly content aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with ESH SMEs, Communications, Legal, and Operations to drive reviews and updates. You will lead writing efforts for policies and procedures, interview SMEs, and develop training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (ESH, safety, tech comms, eng, or English).
• 5+ years in technical writing, document management, or ESH in regulated environments.
• Experience supporting Environmental, Health & Safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own development, maintenance, and governance of all ESH docs (policies, procedures, standards, work instructions).
• Translate complex technical/regulatory requirements into clear, user-friendly docs.
• Establish documentation standards, templates, version control, and processes.
