7-Eleven is seeking a Director of Sustainability for onsite leadership at our Irving, Texas headquarters. This full-time role leads the crafting and execution of the company’s ESG strategy with a focus on enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with 7&i Holdings and external stakeholders to drive alignment, measure progress against goals, and ensure impactful ESG programs across legal, regulatory, and accounting interfaces.

The role is 100% onsite at our Irving, Texas headquarters, with leadership of a team and collaboration across legal, regulatory, and accounting functions.
