Job summary

7-Eleven seeks a Head of Sustainability to spearhead the company’s ESG strategy and its execution across all lines of business. The role requires coordinating with 7i Holdings and external partners, guiding governance, risk and regulatory alignment, and driving measurable progress toward sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate has extensive ESG leadership experience, executive communication skills, and a track record of delivering organization-wide change in a public company setting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in ESG/sustainability leadership
• Executive-level presence and communication
• Experience driving ESG strategy and measurement of goals

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG strategy development and expansion
• Align ESG efforts with 7i Holdings and external stakeholders
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of sustainability initiatives
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs, and Accounting teams
• Develop reporting and education programs for internal and external audiences
• Coach and grow the ESG team to meet strategic objectives
