7-Eleven is seeking a Director of Sustainability to lead the development and execution of the company’s ESG strategy. This role oversees key programs, measures progress, and reports against goals while partnering with 7&i Holdings to align with corporate objectives.

The position is 100% onsite at the Irving, TX headquarters, with responsibilities spanning strategy, governance, and external stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable impact across the enterprise.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 12+ years’ experience in ESG / sustainability leadership.
• 7+ years' people management experience.
• Proven success with driving ESG strategy and measurement of goals.
• Executive-level presence and communication.
• Leadership of ESG strategy within a public company.

Mansioni

• Lead the development and expansion of 7‑Eleven’s ESG strategy.
• Oversee budget forecasting and reporting for sustainability initiatives.
• Engage with government agencies, non-profits, and industry partners on ESG.
