Job summary

Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC seeks an active graduate student for the 2027 Winter Internship Program as an Intern Consultant, based at Headquarters. The program offers paid, on-the-job learning in development work and corporate management of the Bank.

Qualifications

• Education: An active graduate enroll ed in a relevant program with graduation after internship period.
• Languages: Fluency in English with working knowledge of another Bank language (Spanish, French or Portuguese) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of a strategic framework for knowledge products, identifying priority topics with Group Heads and Specialists.
• Review and update ESPF materials in coordination with focal points.
• Develop standardized tools and templates to streamline planning of future Regional Policy Dialogues.
• Update and standardize Capacity Building presentations with corporate branding templates.
• Coordinate webinars, workshops, and virtual learning events, including logistics and post-event knowledge management.
