RE Tech Advisors, a Legence company, seeks a Data Acquisition Associate to support sustainability data collection and analytics across client portfolios. You will capture, validate, and maintain property-level ESG and utility data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and readiness for reporting.

This is a full-time remote role in the Dallas area with onboarding on site. You will coordinate with property management and utility partners, use ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, and help maintain data quality

Qualificações

• Some professional work experience in data support (collection and entry) or a related execution‑focused role.
• Experience with organizational tools and presentations.
• Experience with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support property onboarding by coordinating with property management teams to gather essential information for each property across assigned portfolios.
• Create, update, and maintain property-level data in internal databases and tools, including ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.
• Lead preparation for property manager ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager training by coordinating across other departments to ensure materials are updated.
• Coordinate with property management teams and utility companies to collect utility data for ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.
• Maintain utility data collection quarterly and annually for manual updates.
