You will analyze environmental and social shareholder proposals, prepare research reports, and support proxy voting recommendations in line with ISS STOXX policy guidelines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, environment, or related field.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willing to work long hours and weekends during peak weeks (approx. April through May).

Responsibilities

• Analyze environmental and social shareholder proposals and prepare written research reports supporting proxy voting recommendations.
• Evaluate company responses to shareholder proposals and assess board oversight and responsiveness to environmental and social risks.
• Develop knowledge across a range of sustainability topics including climate change, human capital, human rights, and governance.
• Research public disclosures, regulatory filings, investor communications, and other sources to support objective analysis.
• Engage with representatives from public companies, institutional investors, and other market participants to clarify findings.
• Respond to inquiries regarding research methodologies, policy interpretations, and vote recommendations.
• Contribute to additional research projects and initiatives as assigned.
