Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an ESG Data Analyst to collect, manage, audit, and improve ESG data quality. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability measures and quantify financial returns, while supporting internal and external ESG disclosures.

The role involves implementing data processes, maintaining repositories, and producing insights for decision-makers. Strong Excel, SQL, Python, and R skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in a relevant field and strong Excel skills.
• Data management, analysis, and visualization experience.
• Scripting with SQL, Python, or R; working with structured/unstructured data.
• Excellent communication and time management across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data for ESG reporting.
• Audit ESG data for precision, quality, and completeness.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate performance.
• Calculate and track GHG emissions across scopes 1–3.
• Support internal and external ESG disclosures and reports.
