Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. seeks a senior financial reporting leader in Purchase, NY to oversee SEC reporting, external disclosures, and MD&A. You will coordinate with Investor Relations, Legal, and external advisors to ensure accurate, timely filings and board materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in GAAP, accounting standards, and SEC reporting.
• IT literate with financial systems.
• Preferred combination of Big 4 and private experience.
• Strong people leadership and ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete and SEC-compliant Form 10-K and 10-Q.
• Ensure SEC-compliant earnings release disclosures.
• Lead analysis of financial performance for external disclosure (MD&A).
• Lead preparation of Audit Committee quarter presentation material.
• Interact with KPMG and external advisors.
• Oversee Control & Reporting Directors on 10-K/10-Q and MD&A work.
• Review and communicate impacts of accounting standards to senior management.
