Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete CPI training during probation.
• May need to obtain ASD certification by end of probation.

Responsibilities

• Independently supervise and implement instruction to students as assigned.
• Assist staff with behavioral management.
• Contribute to a safe learning environment and workplace.
• Help prepare records, reports and other clerical tasks.
• Assist with developing instructional materials.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks as needed.
• Support school-wide supervisory tasks and responsiveness to inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with staff and parents.
• Follow district policies, rules and regulations.
