Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete 40 hours of autism/related training for ASD certification by end of probation.
• Complete verbal and physical CPI training within probation.
• Passing Para Pro Assessment Test or AA/AS degree or 60-hour equivalent from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising students and school-wide activities.
• Participate in workshops and training to meet classroom needs.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks.
• Perform clerical duties: copying, filing, recording, data collection.
• Maintain safe learning environment and assist with instructional materials.
• Assist with evaluating student progress and communicating with staff and parents.
