Job summary

KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools seeks Learning Specialists for the 2026‑27 school year to support IEPs, run small groups, and collaborate with families on special education processes. The LS will work across grade levels and help facilitate RtI and progress tracking under supervision of the School Principal.

Responsibilities include creating a positive classroom environment, implementing our curriculum, assessing students, and partnering with teams to ensure IEP goals are met while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Florida teaching certification or eligibility for certification (ESE K-12).
• At least one year of teaching experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IEP compliance for students and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Teach small groups and provide targeted support in general education settings.
• Collaborate with teams to plan and implement instructional strategies.
• Work with families around the special education process and progress.
• Facilitate regular RtI meetings and monitor student progress.
