Job summary

KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools seeks Learning Specialists for the 2026-27 school year to ensure IEP compliance, teach small groups, support the general education process, and coordinate with families on the special education pathway. The LS works across multiple grades and assists RtI with staff.

In this role you will create a positive classroom environment, implement the curriculum, assess student progress, collaborate with colleagues, and partner with families to meet IEP goals while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Florida Teaching Certification or Eligibility (ESE K-12) required.
• At least one year of teaching experience with a track record of high achievement.
• Commitment to racial and educational equity for all children.
• Background check required by law.
