Job summary

KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools seeks Learning Specialists for the 2026-27 school year. The LS focuses on ensuring compliance with IEPs, teaching small groups, and supporting in general education settings while working with families around the special education process.

The LS will work with multiple grade levels and facilitate the RtI process with staff, meetings around student IEPs, and direct work with students to meet IEP goals under the guidance of the School Principal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Florida Teaching Certification or Eligibility (ESE K-12) required or eligible.
• At least one year of teaching experience with a strong track record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IEP compliance and manage IEP meetings.
• Teach small groups and support general education settings; facilitate RtI with staff.
• Collaborate with families and school team; align with principal guidance.
