Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials for students with disabilities.
• Develop and monitor IEPs/ILPs for students on the caseload.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related services staff.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and data on student progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress.
• Deliver specialized instruction aligned to IEPs/ILPs and data-driven goals.
• Implement behavior management strategies including FBAs and BIPs.
• Ensure due process protections for students and families.
