Job summary

McKee Foods Corporation is seeking an ESD Technician Specialist to clean and sanitize manufacturing areas and equipment using the Master Sanitation System. The role includes rotating between areas, operating high‑pressure cleaners, and training new staff on cleaning procedures and sanitation standards.

Expect exposure to hot ovens and cold freezers, chemicals and water, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working up to 40 feet in height.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and math aptitude.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills and reliability.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and product purity standards.
• Excellent customer service and housekeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean various areas and equipment following the Master Sanitation System and rotate between areas.
• Use high‑pressure cleaning systems and ensure sanitation during changeovers.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and sanitation standards.
• Handle chemicals and water in hot ovens and cold freezers.
• Lift 20–50 pounds and work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and participate in specialized training.
