Job summary

McKee Foods in Collegedale, TN is seeking an ESD Technician Specialist to maintain cleanliness in our manufacturing facilities, following the Master Sanitation System. You will rotate between areas, operate high‑pressure cleaning systems, and help prevent bacteria and mold growth.

The role requires training new staff, performing changeovers, working in ovens and freezers, handling chemicals, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Basic computer and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Clean various areas and equipment in manufacturing facilities following the Master Sanitation System.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Ensure equipment sanitation during changeovers and rotate between areas.
• Work in hot ovens and cold freezers; handle chemicals and water.
• Lift 20–50 pounds and work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate safety gear.
