Job summary

Qualifications

Oneto three years of similar or related experience.
Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

Review collateral protection documentation and reports, including escrow accounts, homeowners’ insurance, taxes, disbursement dates and payment amounts.
Monitor reports from collateral protection vendors and Keystone to ensure correct charges and refunds and maintain loan records.
Review servicing reports to identify discrepancies and maintain quality servicing standards.
Stay informed on mortgage servicing rules and regulations and state motor vehicle rules; inform management of changes.
Conduct monthly escrow analyses to ensure accurate disbursements and compliance.
Process loan file maintenance such as due date changes, automatic payments, modifications, skip-a-payments, and reversals.
Review title documentation to identify issues and ensure timely lien placement with state agencies and dealerships.
Collaborate with branch staff to provide loan servicing support and respond to inquiries.
Answer calls and emails from members and staff.
Assist with quoting title fees and issuing 90 day permits.
Process and monitor GAP and Member’s Choice Insurance claims.
