Job summary

AmeriNat in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Tax, Insurance and Escrow Specialist to manage property tax payments, insurance tracking, escrow activity, and related mortgage servicing tasks. You will review tax bills, coordinate with borrowers, agents, and clients, and support annual escrow analyses and reporting.

This full-time role requires at least 12 months in mortgage servicing or related fields, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of mortgage servicing or related experience.
• Two or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• Property tax administration, insurance or escrow experience preferred.
• Follow established procedures and client requirements.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and tech skills.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process property tax payments, insurance premiums, HOA disbursements and escrow-related transactions.
• Monitor tax, insurance, flood, and escrow exception reports and follow up.
• Maintain accurate tax service, insurance tracking, flood monitoring, and escrow data in systems.
• Review incoming tax bills, insurance policies, renewals, notices and update records.
• Coordinate with borrowers, agents, authorities, vendors and clients to obtain information and resolve items.
• Support annual escrow analyses, borrower communications, and related account maintenance.
• Process lender-placed insurance activities per procedures and client requirements.
• Monitor non-escrowed accounts for payments and coverage; follow up on exceptions.
• Support loss claim administration and escrow interest processing where applicable.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and account documentation for tax/insurance/escrow.
• Document communications in servicing systems and support QA efforts.
• Utilize servicing systems and tools to manage responsibilities efficiently.
• Contribute to process improvements and participate in special projects.
