Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to perform all tasks of the Escrow Receptionist.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send opening letters and acknowledgements.
• Order title commitments and distribute to parties.
• Prepare receipts for all funds received from customers.
