• Support branch operations by relieving offices of high-volume paperwork responsibilities.
• Ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and organization while managing competing priorities in a deadline‑driven setting.
• Perform behind-the-scenes processing functions without direct communication with branch offices, customers, agents, or lenders.
• Meet productivity expectations within a fast‑paced, high-volume workflow environment.
