Qualifications

• Must maintain daily ownership over assigned files from open to close.
• Expected to adhere to deadlines for title clearance, legal document ordering, CD preparation, funding submission, and policy handoff.
• Must comply with TDI standards, including licensure and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Accept and review files upon assignment and communicate next steps.
• Perform curative actions and oversee title clearance.
• Draft and revise Closing Disclosures based on contract instructions.
• Submit balanced files to the funding department.
• Serve as a proactive communicator to clients, agents, and lenders.
